NYC Boutique Compensation

Recently received an offer from a boutique bank, but was not given a salary figure. That will be discussed at some point in the future and was asked what I had heard/expected for boutique compensation.

Given that BB banks raised base to $85K, have boutiques in NY (not EBs) followed suit and also increased their compensation packages? I know not to expect that a boutique would also have an $85K base for first year analysts, but would they have raised comp to $70K+ base? Also what is the typical bonus % for analysts at boutiques? Thanks in advance.

Lower middle market. Close about 10 deals a year with total value ranging from of $20MM-$150MM, average size is probably close to $65MM.

I have looked at the WSO compensation report and for NY based MM/Boutiques in 2014, first year analyst base + bonus was $62.6K + $32.5K , so $95K all in.

Is it reasonable to expect that given BB bases were raised 20% ($70K to $85K) for 2015 that the market rate for boutique base salary also increased 20% to $75K?
