Offer Decision: Moelis Tech SF vs Bofa TMT NY

Hey congrats. I can hear how that may be a tough decision. Both sound like solid options to me. In order to give you some advice though, do you mind sharing maybe what are some of the top things you are looking for in your employer? i think getting some more color about you and what you want may help me and potentially others try to share some guidance that we hope can be helpful for you. even with that, looks like you may have interned at BofA this past summer, so that by definition might be the default choice between the two unless there are other factors involved? Idk. Either way good luck again :) wishing you much success :)

Would go to BofA NY. Moelis SF isn't even that strong..

Hardos on here will say Moelis, have no clue on that office, but unless you’re from the Bay Area SF kinda blows. Don’t know many non-natives who have gone and enjoyed it.
