Literally. My parents are janitors, I just signed with the first "good enough" bank that gave me an offer.

 

Agree for JPM but not for Moelis LA.

I can’t imagine working at a sweatshop like Moelis and having to live in LA. Sure you have marginally better exits than NYC but who really cares. You’re not even in the top 3 groups on the west coast (Q, GS TMT, MS Menlo).

Also, no one will ever take a place that sounds like “mole” seriously. Every time I think of Moelis, I think of dirty mole rats
