Oppenheimer Industrials group- Offer?
I know i have been annoying many people in this forum about my interview with Opco, so really sorry. Anyway, i did my interview last week and still havent heard back yet, so i assume that i got dinged for sure, but just wonder if anyone in here has gotten the offer yet?

How many people interviewed for Industrials? Was this a super day or individual interview?
i have no idea the number, i just called the hr and she said that they are still interviewing people, i have the impression that they already gave out offers and waiting on people to accept it until they can send out formal rejection. I met 4 MDs and 2 SVPs so i guess that was my superday. Did you interview with them as well?
you have been interviewing with them for a couple months now right? didn't you interview for their restructuring group earlier, how did that go? anyway good luck
yeah, i interviewed with their restructuring group but they decided not to hire any analyst but one associate, so they referred me to their nyc office
IIRC, they were looking to significantly build out the size of their class, at least for FT.
And, with the number of questions you've been asking on this, I wouldn't be surprised if one of your interviewers saw. :P

Fine, I'll offer some more friendly advice. You're making yourself (and expecting others to be) way too transparent. Please, naming the exact group you're interviewing with and asking the question multiple times and bumping your own post after no response for 3 hours?
The thing is, a lot of people check this board. I was at a BB before and I know some of my managers were on here. So if someone from Oppenheimer is on here and sees these posts about people asking for tips on interviewing for their group, they'll probably click on your other posts to figure out who you are. The fact that you are a girl narrows it down even more. Then they'll see that you're trying to prepare for interviews by asking for generic answers to Why here? Why this group?
For the same reason, no one is going to respond to this post and say "oh it's me that got the offer."
Sorry for being rude, but you should be careful on future interviews.
