Oppenheimer vs. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey

I am currently evaluating two offers, one from Oppenheimer in NYC and the other from SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in ATL. Both are generalist offers and then you place into your group at some point before training concludes. Any thoughts/opinions would be much appreciated.

Oppenheimer is safer but they've been losing a lot of people lately. SunTrust is more "on the rise" but it would only be better if you could land a top group during recruiting and I think there are many possibilities. Your dollar will go much further in Atlanta ($1200 big 1BR vs. $1600 small apt with 3 roommates) but as above commenter said NYC is NYC and your options post-banking will be superior because of being there. I think you have a good dilemma and it depends what you want.
