they're doing hirevues this year for r1
Is hirevue being sent out already?
not sure yet. it's considered as round 1, not as a pre-screener with the application. i'd imagine by next week they'll be sent
Bump
couldnt get anyone on the phone rip
Anyone know the timeline for SF?
Had a coffee chat but no updates on r1 yet, anyone in the same boat?
Yeah I applied way back when apps opened and haven't heard anything lol
They did their first round of SuperDay's for accelerated candidates last week (Thu/Fri) - for the MN and NY offices I know for sure, not sure about other offices. I'm assuming that early next week offers will be sent out and then they will send the first rounds out. Heard first round is supposed to be a HireVue.
Has anyone heard back after SuperDay on Thu/Fri last week for the NY office?
Anyone heard from these SDs yet?
I also know they gave out a lot of offers to diversity students that participated in their CEP program.
anyone know when they'll start interviewing for SF/NY? non-diversity
Anyone have any updates on the SF non-diversity process?
Anyone else get the hirevue today for Boston?
i got a hirevue for boston today. does anyone know the questions
Got one too, any knowledge of the questions?
Why IB? Why Boston? Time in a team? 2 technicals. Anyone offers/interviews?
Bump
A buddy of mine at Piper Sandler NY (AN1) said that given the current market conditions, they are going to be extremely selective this year and possibly take fewer SAs.
Here are some of the things he told me they're looking for:
1. Technical expertise
2. Extreme swag (think Hasbulla, Kanye, Andrew Tate)
3. Openness to hazing
4. Small shoe size (think size 5-8 mens)
5. Plentifulness in uncles
Good luck guys!
Fellow AN1 at piper here… we’re specifically looking for very short people (hence the size 5-8 men’s shoe size). Piper is essentially becoming an EB (think Lazard, Evercore, Raymond financo Wells superbank…) and this is a criteria we must meet in order to reach that level…
Has anyone heard back from 1st round HireVue for Boston?
bump
Wondering as well
How long after superday did it take people to hear back?
