They did their first round of SuperDay's for accelerated candidates last week (Thu/Fri) - for the MN and NY offices I know for sure, not sure about other offices. I'm assuming that early next week offers will be sent out and then they will send the first rounds out. Heard first round is supposed to be a HireVue.

A buddy of mine at Piper Sandler NY (AN1) said that given the current market conditions, they are going to be extremely selective this year and possibly take fewer SAs

Here are some of the things he told me they're looking for:

1. Technical expertise

2. Extreme swag (think Hasbulla, Kanye, Andrew Tate)

3. Openness to hazing 

4. Small shoe size (think size 5-8 mens)

5. Plentifulness in uncles
