Premium on Cash
I'm a little lost on this concept. New to healthcare n biotech work, I am being asked to provide a premium on cash analysis to one of our clients. I'm not exactly sure what a premium on cash means and how to calculate it. I've seen some data pulled in the past that shows the acquisition, EV, cash, 1-day premium, and 1-day premium excluding cash. Can anyone help explain this and if you have any talking points please let me know.
