Private Equity Interviews and Consulting Case Studies
Hi all,
I'm a first year analyst at PJT/EVR, and for those of you who have been through the PE process, I was wondering if you might be able to shed any insight on the degree of overlap between "consulting" type case studies in which you do market sizing, strategy analysis, etc and private equity interviews. I've tried to prep for consulting type studies before and have found them to be difficult in terms of listing strategies or insights on the spot. I've also heard its less of consulting type cases and more of just "how do you think about evaluating this investment."
Thanks!
