Hi,
Rosenbaum and Pearl calculate the initial pro-forma financials on a projected basis. I.e. if I wanted to calculate the pro-forma combined EBIT, I had to use both the acquirer's and target's projected EBIT as opposed to the LTM values.
Is that really the case?
