PWP Lateral Modeling Test
Is anyone familiar with the PWP lateral process and know anything about the modeling test? They gave me very little direction and I'm trying to figure out how to best prepare.

Just build 3 statement LBOs / DCFs, using income statement drivers and BS assumptions with purchase price off EBITDA / share price.
you should be fine if you have dcf / lbo / merger math covered
Does Chicago have an RX group?
