Was wondering what the decision process looks like for return offers. Do associates / analysts / VPs submit feedback to the intern manager / staffer and they ultimately have the final say or pick for returns?
What are expected return rates looking like?
What are the signs you will get a return? Will someone normally hint to you ahead of time?
