I have an upcoming late BB IB SA superday, and was wondering what would be some good questions to ask if an interviewer worked on an m&a deal that I’d previously looked into. Of course the type of questions differ by deal, but I would love to see if there are good guidelines to work by so that the question isn’t just brain dead. Thanks!
