Doesn't necessarily have to be free but that's always better.

I have a slight background in real estate and I'm looking for some boutiques that specialize in real estate as a sophomore internship. Anyone know some? I've seen them for tech and healthcare, do any even exist for real estate? I know about Lazard MM, but they're only looking for juniors.
Your best bet for this information is to go on LinkeIn and search for companies using the specifications you want: ie, Industry - Real Estate/Commercial Real Estate, Location - TBD, Size - 1-10/11-50/etc. Then check out each companies webpage or contact information and give them a call. Nothing beats getting on the phone and calling directly.

What are some elite to good boutique REIB groups? Non-target junior (Rice/SMU/Trinity), 3.96 GPA, finance and RE finance major.
I struck out with GS REPIA group at superday, BX BREDS, and traditional IB shops.
Not sure what to do or where to look at this point.
