Real Estate Investment Banking Modelling Courses

I just started in a newly formed real estate investment banking group and my manager has suggested me to attend a financial modelling course to improve my real estate modelling skills. The company is willing to sponsor it so if it costly and good, it could still be of interest. Our focus is mostly on M&A's and therefore is it important that merger- and other relevant models are covered in the course materials.
