Where would I be able to find a list of all the Real Estate M&A deal activity that happened in 2017. This would include (Public to Public, Public to Private etc.). I am trying to reconcile to the list below on REalert and figure out the actual deals. I work at a REIT but I don't have access to a corporate database bankers may use to get precedent transactions (Capital IQ, FactSet etc.)

Jumping over from RE - you might actually want to put this back in the RE thread. I wouldn't be surprised if brokers/people in the industry can provide more color.
Nothing against IB folks here, but they might not have the knowledge if they are in a different industry group and don't interact with RE at all.
reit.com has (or had) an excel file you can dl that they update w securities offerings. can't remember if there's an m&a section. sorry if that's not much help
