Curious what I could realistically expect to earn staying in banking vs pivoting to PE? I’ve seen figures on mergers and inquisitions but those have both been dramatically higher and lower than what I’ve heard. Curious how pay varies across MM vs BB vs EB as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
