Recommendation Letter From MD
Ending my internship this week and group doesn’t have capability to expand headcount by even 1.
Asked my boss for a recommendation letter so it won’t be seen as if I couldn’t obtain the return offer.
He tasked me with writing a draft and sending it to him. Anyone know of any good templates? How over the top should this go?
