"door open" even after being rejected?
I was rejected from a very prestigious position at the end of the last interview round, the hr however after sending me the rejection email expressly said "whould you ever see another interesting position with us, please feel free to reach out to me."
What does this mean? Has this already happened to anyone?
Will they give me a referral before applying? Has anyone obtained a position with this 'pattern'?
Should I wait before applying normally like the other candidates? What should I do?
It means if you see another position in the coming months or years, that you are interested in, to apply and let the HR person know
