RENT?!?!

For the First Year analysts... By now, its motherfucking obvious NYC is expensive. But how much are you paying for rent? Because Im in the training, and I think my $2999/month pad is TOO EXPENSIVE, especially after I see the fed, muni, and state tax rates. So basically, its $3500 after taxes/month. So obviously, 3000 a month is gonna wipe my salary off the map... SO ANY SUGESTIONS ON HOW TO UNLOAD THIS SHIT?(or at least cash opurtunities to help pay this rent?)

yah dude r u serious, you can easily find a place in the 14-1800 range

best ideas are to put up a temporary wall and shrink your living room to create a 2nd room and get a roomate or sublet the place using craigslist

$3000 a month...does that come with unlimited BJs or what??

Why on earth would you get a place that expensive? I know NYC is not cheap at all, but for a place you never spend anytime that is a hell of a lot of money. Good luck figuring something out. I would create some extra rooms and rent them out, or find a live in gf, or stripper who needs a place to live, and get them paying rent.

Good luck.

My now.. it's muthafucking obvious.. you are in idiot.

There is no way you are intelligent enough to have landed a job.. AND dumb enough to think you could have fit that in your budget.
