ROTC Cadet interested in IB with questions

Hi, I'm a student at a target school and an ROTC cadet. I'm looking for advice on whether it would be smart to put Cadet on my resume/LinkedIn. I know that it seems like a great EC to have but at the same time, some firms would be less willing to hire me if they know what commissioning into the reserves details.
