What on earth is a no resume policy? They pick you based on just your name and school??
it;s a system where, instead of simply using the resume to identify talent, other (ideally more useful) metrics are utilized such as:
- firmness of handshake
- whiteness of teeth
- prominence of hairline
- body proportions
- breath scent
it really makes the untermensch upset
so basically they don't require/review your resume when you apply. they use a system called "plum" and an one-time video interview (that they don't watch --- several times i didnt submit the video interview and i still got an invite soo yeah dont even waste time doing the video part) to assess you
after this in the case the recruiter likes you good enough by looking at your school or your skills from "plum" they invite you for a coffee chat with them and a bunch of students (1 recruiter and 5 hungry students) following this they select a bunch (also, bias -- remember they dont have your resume) and invite you for an ACTUAL interview with vps & associates and then the superday
