Sectors on the rise & Pitching a product

In the midst of rising interest rates, strong corporate earnings and trade tensions, What sectors do you think are on the rise and how do you go about pitching a product as opposed to pitching a stock?

Say you are working with a mining company (or any other industry), what product would you pitch and what are the products that are hard to pitch with the current market dynamics?

Generally speaking, would companies prefer to raise capital through equity offering rather than debt financing since the borrowing cost is increasing and the companies can still take advantage of their high valuations supported by strong earning?
