Series 57 vs Series 4

Has anyone here taken both the Series 57 and Series 4 lately? I took and passed the 57 last December with a score of 86. I felt that I really studied hard. Now, I have the 4 coming up in 5 weeks and do not feel prepared. I took it for granted that the 57 covered options. However, the material on the 4 is much more in depth.

Does anyone know if the 4 is harder than the 57. Is 5 weeks enough time to prepare for the 4?

Thanks.
