Recently got an offer from a bulge bracket bank for a full time role, but a signing or relocation bonus wasn’t mentioned in the offer letter. Is this common or should I ask for one?

If a signing bonus was verbally expressed it needs to be in your offer letter. Unsure why this wouldn’t be the case since ur at a BB.
My MM offer letter had the signing bonus stated.
Comp etc was never verbally expressed, just assumed everything would be in line with street for BBs
