Sophomore SA 2020 App Question

Hi all,

I will be a sophomore in the fall and will be recruiting for IB SA positions, hopefully BB. I know a lot of apps were released July 1 but I wasn't able to apply right away and haven't really networked. Does anyone have any application advice? I have a pretty good GPA (3.8+) and a lot of activities and leadership (will send my resume if desired). I don't know if I should apply ASAP or network more first and then apply. I am diversity at a semi-target. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
