Heard in an interview with Stake’s founder that they’re currently in a process of acquiring a large US gambling name to enter the market.
Anyone has intel on what bank is advising Stake on the buy-side?
Monitoring the situation. EGR announced this yesterday and my guess is Moelis, PJT or GS.From a regulatory standpoint, it will be tough for them to acquire a US business given nature of their operations - gray unregulated market
