Stifel Technology Group Poached by Credit Suisse?

This is what I have been hearing through extremely vague & piecemeal rumors. Apparently a complicated two-step sort of thing. Allegedly DC Advisory has been active in representing a mass of Ibankers from CS who are looking at capital alternatives to do their own thing?

Really fascinating stuff, would love to hear more details, especially about the involvement of Rise48 in the transaction.

Edit: Okay, I'll fill you clueless kids in. Rise48 has secured equity financing for a BTS garden-style, suburban multifamily property in Scottsdale, AZ, to be used as the newco's headquarters. Equity allegedly came from Nexxxxxxxxxxxpoint Real Estate Finance, anchored by consortium including Bill Hwang, Lou Pai and Leon Black.

Edit 2: I meant Nexxxxpoint not Nexxxxxxxxxxxpoint, obviously I know how many x's there are

Edit 3: For thsoe asking, yes the BTS garden-style headquarters in Scottsdale will include Rise48's signature stainless amenity upgrades and luxe vinyl plank flooring.
