Tailoring CV to US Market + Questions About London -> US Switch

Hi Everyone,

I'm a US/UK dual citizen currently working in audit in London (ex-Big 4). I have been trying to move into anything relating to deals/valuations/transaction services/corporate development here in the UK, but the state of the economy means that opportunities are severely limited. I am therefore considering applying en-masse to as many tangentially related US-based jobs as humanly possible in cities like Charlotte, OKC, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, etc. I have 2 questions:

1. If I completely dedicate myself to this, is it at all feasible for me to make this leap? I'm strongly considering a US MBA commencing in fall '25, and feel that this would also boost my (T15 and above) application there as well.

2. I'm not really sure how to adapt a UK CV into a US resume -- could you please give me some general pointers for how to do this?

Thank you in advance.
