Take Family Office Offer or Lateral MM IB Offer to Recruit Again?

As the title states, I am currently at a small shop and torn between two offers. The family office does growth equity investments, mostly Series A/B. The MM IB is a definitive step up from where I am currently at but am wondering if I should just take the family office offer or take the MM IB and recruit either this year or next. Both firms are in the same city and cover the same industry so there would be no differences in terms of what I cover or COL. Any advice is greatly appreciated and happy to share more over PM.
