Currently interning at a boutique this summer. Not a huge one, but also not small and decently well known in NYC. This is my first IB internship and graduating next may, so will not have another summer internship. What are my chances of getting into a BB or more elite boutique post grad?

It’s difficult to go from boutique internship to bb/eb unless you’re a rockstar who can really amaze the interviewers you speak with if you get any interviews (because there are few openings). FT recruiting interviews often interview 50+ kids for 1-2 spots

Just focus on receiving an offer, then do FT recruiting, or work for a year then lateral. What’s the bank you’ll be interning at?
