I mean its certainly not in the realms of GS or EVR where you'd have opportunities to work on mega cap deals but a lot better than Nomura or SocGen. Deal flow is great and would be able to lateral to almost any bank if not all. The experience is similar to any MM focused bank like HL or even Moelis barring its HCS/LA office.
