Group seems to be doing well with deals and hiring new MDs from MS. Wondering if anyone could provide insight on the culture? How does it compare to the other groups at HL?

HL Healthcare group in Dallas is a sweatshop.
Pros: Well-connected leadership. Deep dive on HC M&A. Exit opps are good too
I believe the HC group still sits at the top of the league tables for most HC M&A transactions and have for a while. Definitely sweaty but solid exits for both analysts and post MBA associates from what I've seen - placing in UMM PE or VC. In general, healthcare is on fire as an industry group so when you combine the M&A skill set with a sought after industry expertise you'll be pretty marketable.
