Unique Background -> CC -> Semi Target -> IB

Looking for a reality check since my situation is relatively unique. Mid 20s, been working in corporate banking back office for a few years through luck and a little networking, no degree.

I have over 1 year of college credit through HS dual credit (although I believe most prospective transfer schools wouldn't accept this), and I just started at a CC and am taking 12 credits, will very probably have a 4.0. Planning on throwing out 10-20 transfer apps for Fall 27 to targets with non traditional programs (columbia GS, yale EW, brown RUE) and several semi targets.

Really just not sure how my profile reads to admissions officers and eventually recruiters, i.e. if the work experience is a plus over a typical internship, if one semester at the CC is enough, if my HS dual credits help/hurt (~3.5 GPA). Don't really have any crazy post HS ECs i.e. "trading" at an online prop firm successfully, content creating successfully, or just general hobbies, I can probably fabricate some community oriented ones though. Similarly when I was in HS I had above average ECs but nothing outstanding.

So the overarching question is, compared to the average CC student (19-20, no or very little period between HS grad and CC start, academic ECs like clubs or projects, at least 1 year spent at the CC, some sort of internship, etc) is my profile better worse or basically equivalent.
