Just received this email regarding recruiting timeline for JPM FT 2021:

Thank you once again for applying to J.P. Morgan’s 2021 Corporate and Investment Bank (C&IB) Full-Time Analyst program!

You may be wondering where you are in the process, so we wanted to provide you further detail about how we review applications and the timeframes you can expect from us. JPM C&IB is committed to a fair and consistent process and providing the full length of the application window for students to apply to our programs. We also have multiple employees across the organization personally reviewing applications as they pass through various stages and allowing us to continue to hire the very best talent for the firm.

• Our application window spans from June to September, we typically wait to receive the bulk of our applications before we start thorough review process
  • We can see that you have completed both your Pymetrics exercises and HireVue recorded interview, we hope you found your Pymetrics feedback report interesting and enjoyed answering questions pertaining to your interest
• Over the coming weeks our business screeners will carefully assess HireVue responses and determine who is to participate in our superdays/ interview days
• Superdays are scheduled from late October through to November
  • Specific dates and next steps will be shared with those invited as applicable
  • If you are not selected to progress to superday you will receive an application status notification accordingly
• You will be placed on- hold during this time, as we diligently work through the high volumes of interest we receive for very limited positions for the Full Time program
• As we are unable to accommodate requests for early interviews, please connect with your career services team for guidance on navigating extension requests
  •  It is important to us that you do you do not feel pressured during this process and have the right amount of time to be able to make informed decision about your future careers
