VP comp at Moelis
Anyone know what base salaries and all in comp ranges are for 1st/2nd/3rd year Moelis VPs?
It would be greatly appreciated.

First year vps are around 250 base plus 200+...
Do you have a source on this? Strikes me as too high for VP level.
Not Moelis, but can confirm at 2 other EBs this is in the ballpark. Source is first hand knowledge.
I don't know why that seems too high. 425-450 was mid bucket at most BBs this year. I'd imagine Moelis is even higher.
MM shops are $225-$250K + bonus of ~1x, so I'd expect Moelis to be at that level, if not higher.
