If you look at the above link, some of these internships have a range of dates listed; for example, the Wealth and Investment Management Intern Program has the dates October 7, 2020 - October 8, 2020. Is this the full application window? It seems rather crazy that you only have a two day window during which you can submit an application!
NB: I tried searching up the job ID of some of the available internships on WF's career website, and they didn't appear, so the window to submit applications certainly isn't open right now.
I applied for some of the FT programs and I believe they were also only open for 2 days as well just a few weeks ago
Its how Wells Fargo operates. The WIM program is literally open for 2 days. But in the two days it was open for last year they had 1800 applicants. -i was in the program last summer
How long did it take to hear back after applications ??
First we heard back was December 20th, to say that we were being considered, then we filled out a preference form in like feb. then in March I heard that I made it to final rounds, and had my interview and accepted the offer march 19th. Super long process, some people got offers before me though
I just want to clarify, were you in it for SA or FT? I really hope the FT timeline is not that delayed for 2021
SA. Given i am not recruiting for FT now because i was a sophomore summer in the WIM program. That being said all of my friends who are recruiting for specifically WIM analyst role havent heard about even first rounds. WIM is a really broad program that has a bunch of different timelines because it involves different branches of Wells Fargo like Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Abbot Downing, and like the traditional wirehouse style Private client groups as they call them. They all dont recruit at the same time, they have the same initial screening then they’re escalated to every office
Thank you for that info. WIM was one of my applications for FT for WF and I haven't heard back yet at all for anything from WF in general. Hopefully the timelines aren't too late given COVID and WFH
