Depends on group, but my group is giving everyone (summer analysts and associates) an offer. With that said, we are a top coverage group and we've been pretty busy this year.

I heard that some groups had pretty horrendous summer associates though, so that could be why some of them didn't get offers. 

 

How were the HC and biotech summer associates and their returns?  Also, any insight in general on the FT associates, VPs, Ds, and MDs in those groups?

 

Incorrect. Many banks hired as many interns as they had spots for at the time of offering 18 months ago, but economic conditions have changed so much since then that they no longer have the spots they thought they would and need to cut some people strictly for headcount reasons

 

I mean MBA Associates have always been hot trash, I don't see how that's new?
