Wells Fargo SD
Have a SD for Wells coming up and just wanted to ask for any pointers on what to expect. I know that it won't be overly technical but anyone who's gone through a Wells SD are there any types of questions that are highly likely to be asked?
Congrats on the SD. Had a buddy go through it a few years ago and said it was mostly fit at that point but wasn’t sure if it changed.
What level is this for? How was the overall process?
Thanks for the information, this is for SA 26 I'll update you on how it goes
Went in depth on dcf for me. Tons of questions on wacc.
Walk through a deal.
Behaves are very dependent on your interviewer.
When you say tons of questions on WACC, I'm assuming how to calculate it, Cost of Equity. CAPM Variables, etc was there anything out of the ordinary like unexpected
Basically that. Hardest I got was why do u unlever then lever beta.
Okay thanks, that makes sense. Since the SD is generalist I'm assuming they won't ask a lot of industry-based questions right so for the deal question you could pick pretty much anything
Correct yea. Give me sivlver bananas 😘
how long did it take to hear back from your first round?
