What is the current work from home climate for both interns and FT associates? About 6 months ago it was general consensus that majority of banks were 3 days in office, Monday&Friday work from home. Is this still the majority? Does this apply to interns?

If you’re trying to get an offer I wouldn’t WFH at all during your internship.
Majority of what u learn is apprenticeship based so you learn by watching and being shown what to do. Also could come off wrong to some people if you’re only there for 10 weeks but WFH as much as you possibly can.
