What are the common exit options from industrial M&A coverage groups?
I'm not particularly interested in Industrials but its the best team at my bank by far so I'd get a lot of deals on my resume.
But atm I do not want to work in this sector in the future. Maybe more towards the infra side. Will being in Industrials (1-2 years) prevent me from those opportunities (PE / lateralling to NRG/Telco/Infra groups at other banks) in the future?
