What are the top groups at Goldman (non-IB)
Always hearing about Goldman Sachs through the lens of investment banking but I'm curious to hear what the top non-IB groups at the firm are. I hear about these "star traders" at Goldman and am curious who the biggest money makers are (i guess on a per-employee basis) and how they compare to the IB revenue-generating portion of the firm. Are there other positions at GS outside of IB that pay more than IB right out of undergrad and in general?
Probably Rates/Vol traders.
