What can 2021 SAs expect in terms of FT conversion ?

I know I may be jumping the gun here, but would love to hear more on this. I've been reading some devastating stories on here lately and it makes me nervous as I start preparing for my SA gig next year. I know a lot of the 2020 SAs were guaranteed FT, but I can only assume that banks will be more cautious when converting 2021 SAs. Would appreciate any insight. And hope it all works out for the rest of you folks!

Probably not as bad as this year given that the banks decided on SA 2021 headcount after COVID first hit in march, and that we won’t even start for another two years

Similar to this year no one knows until it actually happens. It could be the same as previous years with less SA accepted or it could be extremely low. Really wouldn’t be worrying about that right now. Try to land a spot and if you did chill out
