What can a "Managing Director" do that his underlings in the hierarchy can't that allows the MD to make 7 figures?
There is a big pay difference between the "Managing Director" and the "Vice President", "Associate", "Analyst".
What knowledge/abilities does a "Managing Director" have that an "Analyst/Associate" don't have that justifies the MD making 7-figures?
What can the MD do that is impossible for an Analyst to physically do?
