What does "You've been referred to Morgan Stanley" actually mean? Very vague email
Before this sounds like I'm going around flexing the email is genuinely so vague that I have no clue what this actually means. Does anyone have any clarity? Looking at the wording of this email it seems like it doesn't do much. Thanks!
You have been referred to Morgan Stanley Campus Recruiting.
If you are interested in applying for a Morgan Stanley campus program, please access your Application Center, navigate to the "Global Programs" tab, and search for a program that interests you. When applying please use the email to which you received this notice when creating your account. If you have already applied online, you do not need to apply again.
Applications for our campus programs open and close at different parts of the year. If the program you are interested in is not visible in the application portal, it is possible the program application has not yet opened or the deadline has already passed. If the program application is not yet open, please visit the Morgan Stanley careers website once the program is available to apply to. If the program deadline has passed, we encourage you to explore other opportunities at the Firm.
We look forward to learning more about you.
It sounds like you got a referral
I hope so man, but I'm just confused as to why it's being referred to as "Campus Recruiting" and the email only refers to "campus programs" We don't have OCR with MS
Because the student site is called campus recruiting and "campus programs" is so you apply only on the student site. alot of banks will refer to student recruiting as campus
I also got this email when I was recruiting. I applied but never even got a 1R interview. Maybe different for you, but just wanted to let you know.
Yeah, these kind of referrals never got me a 1st R as well lol. Idk if it was the 23 FT market.
But only got interviews when it was someone introducing me over email or someone senior sending my CV directly to recruiting.
So still do you hard work OP, this type usually doesn’t pan out.
Time to buy that rolex and pair of sleds bro, you made it
Thanks king. Already ordered a daytona and gucci loafers for my superday
Is this UK or US?
