What else can I do to significantly help my chances at landing an IB offer

I go to a NYC non target and am really passionate about finance and genuinely enjoy gaining experience in it. I've began networking but my school lacks alum in anything above ops. I am a first year, but I am graduating a year early so I have to start looking for IB SA next year. Please take a look at my resume and let me know what else I can do to help my chances. Also I know my GPA is kinda low so far I'm retaking some classes and plan on getting it 3.7+

As I said, I know my GPA is low, I did bad in two classes which I am retaking and those grades will be replaced with my new grades. Don't need to be a dick about it.
