What to do after quitting as a first year

I am a month into the job and have truly realized I cannot do this job. I was a different person with different values back when I networked for this job 2 years ago, and during the SA they did a good job of hiding how bad WLB is. I had a lot of life changing events and challenges over the past few years that made me realize I really do not want to sacrifice my health, time, and relationships with loved ones to a job that consumes all my time.

However I feel trapped. What options are there for me if I want out of IB now? everything on linkedin requires years of exp. I even called my old school (t20 in the south) to see if they would let me back in to do a CS major (i graduated with econ).

What are my options if I choose to flunk out of finance? every option seems sketchy like coding bootcamps. I really just want out of the finance path and just want a stable job with WLB, idc how much I get paid. I am filled with so much regret for not exploring other career paths like cs

Market isn't good right now but plenty of random FP&A roles out there that would accept someone with a year of banking experience. Stuff like treasury, investor relations, business development and sales are also options. It sounds like you don't care about finance or CS or anything - just want a cushy lifestyle. I would stick to finance / finance-adjacent roles like the ones I outlined rather than trying to drastically switch your path.
