What to talk about on second informational interview?

Forming a great relationship with an MD at a BB who I'm informed has a pretty high input into who gets recruited. Got referred to her through an associate who was an alumni at my school, and had a great 45ish minute informational. She put me in contact with HR and also said we should talk again in a couple weeks. Now it's a couple weeks later and we set up another phone call. Only thing is, I feel like I've already asked every basic informational interview question (from culture of bank to attractive qualities in analysts) the first time around, and am at a loss now of what to talk about. I obviously don't want to waste her time, but I also want to make the most of this connection since I think it's my biggest lead for banking recruitment. Advice?
