What's the difference between advisor to the strategic review committee vs to the company?
I'm looking at this press release of the Verizon/Frontier acquisition and see that pjt served as advisor the the strategic review committee while Barclays served as advisor to frontier. What does this distinction mean? Is pjt doing a fairness opinion?
