Which Bank Division(s) Handle Inter-bank Lending?

I've heard a lot about inter-bank lending in econ. classes, and, on a bank-wide basis, it makes pretty good sense. However, on an internal basis, I haven't found as much information. Does anyone know which division(s) handle this function (i.e. S&T)?
