Received FT offer from a top MM. My ultimate career goal is to break into a MM HF platform, which would be easier if I re-recruited to a BB / EB.
Thought it would be easier said than done, but it ain't 2021 anymore and there are very little job postings for FT BB positions. I haven't kept in contact with my network either so I don't have that leverage to pull.
Would it be worth it to continue with my efforts or just sign the offer and wait until I can find a lateral opportunity?
